Advanced Microfluidic Systems GmbH takes the responsible handling of personal data very seriously. We process personal data collected during visits to our website in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. ´

The legal basis for data protection can be found in the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the Telemedia Act (TMG) and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27.04.2016 (Basic Data Protection Regulation – DSGVO), which will apply from 25.05.2018.

Your data will neither be published by us nor passed on to third parties without authorization. In the following we explain which data will be collected during your visit of our website and how exactly this data is going to be used.

2. Which data is collected and how it is stored

   2.1 Server Log-File (access to the website)

When you visit our website, our servers temporarily save every access to our website. The data is automatically transmitted by your browser and not explicitly requested by us. The following data can be collected:

1. IP address of the requesting computer
2. Date and access of the request
3. Name and URL of the requested file
4. Amount of data transferred
5. Message whether the request was successful
6. Identification data of the browser and operating system used
7. Website from which the access is made
8. Name of your internet access provider

The temporary storage of data by the system is necessary to establish a connection to our website. In addition, it serves the system security, the technical administration of the network infrastructure, as well as the optimization of our internet offer. The IP address is only evaluated in case of attacks on our network infrastructure. This data is not stored together with other personal data. Your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the achievement of their purpose. This is the case when the respective session has ended.
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 No. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest arises from the purposes of data collection listed above. Under no circumstances do we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.

   2.2 Cookies and analysis tools

We do not use cookies and analysis tools (Google Analytics, Matomo etc.) on our website.

3. Use and transfer of collected data to third parties

Any use of your personal data is only for the purposes mentioned and to the extent necessary to achieve these purposes. Your personal data will only be transmitted to state institutions and authorities in the cases required by law or for criminal prosecution due to attacks on our network infrastructure. A transfer for other purposes to third parties does not take place.

Our websites may contain links to websites of other providers. We would like to point out that this data protection declaration applies exclusively to the website of Advanced Microfluidic Systems GmbH.
